Halloween - I've Got My Eye On You



Hubby affixed the eye to the tree permanently with a little chiseling and some sap. The tree will gradually "tighten" around the eye, holding it in place. 
The painted eye was a gift from our son, I think it's a paperweight.
The painted sun at the bottom of the tree was done by Hubby's mom. She painted the original spooky tree, which is in Solebury, Pa.

    I can picture it, it's starting to get dark, I get the feeling someone is watching me, then ~scary music~ I spot the tree's eyeball! ~You see Tex running away fast, like granny on the Beverly Hillbillies.
