What happens when a hobbit fan builds a guest house? Steve Michaels built this underground hobbit house for guests, rentals start at $250. per night.

    OMG ! Don't show this to Sebastian ! He's dying to watch the hobbit or LOTR trilogy. He's too young so I won't let him ; gave him an appropriate for his age book with loads of drawings. If he knows there's a hobbit house you can rent, he'll wanna ask this for his birthday !!
