Lets see what my two favorite designers, Jean Paul Gaultier and Sonia Rykiel have up their sleeves for 2010. Hmmmm, similar looks. Not so sure about the hair-do on JPG's, not a good look for me. Sonia's is a little too hard to wear up in the mountains. I like her lingerie collection for H&M though, but the roses on the boobs have to go. The rosettes look like headlights on a car.1st pic. Seriously, who would wear their hair like that?

Actually, I'd had a similar experience. Sometimes, working at the circ counter is a lot like bartending. You hear more stories from people than what they are checking out to read. And nothing like having a drunk patron who insist on paying for those DVDs they are getting.
Anyway, this guy turned out to be the director's son.
Cait: The director's son, drunk in a library, insisting on paying for a dvd of his dad's movie? It doesn't get much better than that.

and i am sorry if my post today made you feel bad. i think/hope most parents try really hard to do a good job. i love my parents even though many things they did were not so great. i didn't really mean for it to be a downer post, but i know it might come across that way. i am VERY glad that you are trying and succeeding at being a good parent. i think that is all we can do -- live and learn and try to do better than those that came before us. :)

soniaaa! i love her. unfortunately her unders line for h&m sold out so quickly that i couldn't get my hands onto those pretty pretty roses.
If only I was (realllllly) young again.

Joanna: It's like you read my mind. That's the real reason why I don't want roses on my bra. I stopped walking around the house in lingerie years ago.
Marian: My all time favorite garments were made by those two. In the 80's I used to live in little striped shirts designed by SR. In the 90's I coveted a jacket by JPG that was so brilliant I can't even describe it. I should have bought it, it was a one of a kind.

So I really want you to put together your own cat walk look (including crazy ass hair), take a picture, and have a "Cat Walk Monday" here or something...

LOL! yes, it's the Sonia Rykiel Headlights bra from now on!! you are right...i like fun lingerie, but even that is not very practical.
