Are You Ready to Rumble?

Every time I see a woman wearing color at work, I want to do a somersault. For me, it's like a revolution, an uprising against monotones, and everything cold and hard they represent. It's like code; spring is coming, it's almost here. We might be forced to bundle up, but by god, there'll be color! I have a feeling this summer is going to be a fashion rainbow, and I'm glad of that. It shows strength and joy, despite hard times. There is no excuse for not being fabulous. Ladies...show your colors!

XAVS: Way to go! But I'm hoping not all three colors at the same time, haha.

I have to admit I'm even enjoying my bright pink scarf (t-shirt knit) from Wal-Mart on a day like to day. It makes a great head wrap too.
Really, nice here. The snow melted yesterday.

Thanks for reading & the comment. I tried my best to go back and find something about Floyd. To begin with... Gordy had done his best to get Floyd to go out with Serena, but Floyd stood her up because she was like his 'little' sister..so Gordy went out with her. Serena (the one hand girl) is based on someone my brother went to school with. & well, she does actually work at Wal-greens. & she was telling me how nice my brother was to her in high school. Not like some of the kids who were always rather rude to her, I guess. Anyway, she's married and just had a baby recently.

It is peculair how I get my ideas...from Wal-greens. There used to be a guy who was a clerk there who looked like the young doctor on Gray's Anatomy who used to be with Izzy (I haven't watched the show this season) but truly the clerk was much more animated than that actor and I found out about all his ailments and who was seeing who at the store. Possibly, more info than I needed to know, but he was fun to listen to and well, he loved to have someone to talk too.

Have a good weekend. Hope the little one is feeling better. Hopefully, she won't think the German measels will make her German.

Cait: I'm 1/2 German.
The baby is fine now, she just likes to stand in the middle of the room and scream to hear herself scream, seriously. I guess it's part of being 2.
I know what you mean about too much sharing; one of my co-workers started to share too much last night, and I had to put my hand up and scream "Too much sharing!". I think I might have scared him a little.

Indeed. All I see is black, black, black, black and black!

But also black. And sometimes it's black!

Black, black, black!
