My Brave Face, Love That Song.

Today I was feeling much better, and so it was all "hi ho, hi ho", it's back to work I go. It wasn't so bad, every body was really nice, and standing 10 feet away from me at all times; so I had lots of personal space. When ever I had to cough, I would considerately cough into my elbow, which made some of my customers make funny faces at me. So, the night passed pretty quickly, as there was lots of entertainment on a few embarrassing levels.
Tomorrow I get to pick up my bff and bring her up to my hobbit house for the week-end. I can hardly wait for her to see my lovely old carpets, gray paneling, and stained ceilings. Yup, and she'll be extra jealous, I'm sure, when she sees my amazing patch job of the bathtub grout with packing tape. MTV's "Cribs" has nothing on me.
So, I'm leaving you with, yes another, photo of my cute sister and I from my va-ca. Aren't we too cute and hysterical? How much fun can two sisters possibly have in one week? Get your mind out of the gutter, you know what I mean.
Oh, the title has nothing at all to do with this post. I heard that song on the radio at work, and remembered how much I like it.

So glad you're feeling better, Diane

As for your bff visiting ... just keep those beers coming, she'll be giggling too hard to notice the dodgy grouting :P

Have a lovely weekend xx

Dominica: Yeah, we're big on sunglasses in my family.

Siska: Thanks for dropping in. Your page rocks, always interesting.

Pru: Well, we made it through this one. Let's see how we do when the next one comes around.

Girl I: One glass of beer was had, but it was a Murphy's, and in an authentic Irish pub.

Miss Yvonne: Don't hate my tub because it's beautiful. And I'm not really skinny, I just have really big hair.

La C: Look who's talking.

Cait: Go for it. I love your writing no matter what.

Joanna J: Thanks so much. I'll try to knock out a really good post just for you.

Hopefully, you'll find this..having some internet troubles..but I saved this link..

Thanks for the note. Hope you are having a fun weekend with the family.

Speaking of cars..we are having problems once again. Aren't we always.

Thanks for the note. Well, Parker is a lot like a guy I know from the library..only, I seriously think he has a problem of not being able to keep a job. I don't know if its because he's a genius of some kind or some sort of autism that has to do with social issues. Just the same, he is attractive (which I have to wonder if he knows since he gets on one subject and he won't shut up). I remember once he did smell of fried food and hated to ask if he worked as a fry cook, I might not have heard the end of that. But as it is I do know he's been to lots of Universities and now lives with his uncle who takes their time deciding just which DVDs to watch. And well, I keep thinking, he needs some one mature who'd enjoy all those conversations of his...and maybe its just a happier version of what he could be doing...of course, I have a feeling that fellow if pretty content.
