Hometown Farmer's Market

The real draw for the Hometown Farmer's Market every Wednesday is the tank top lady. I love her. She has tops from Sparkle & Fade, Rubbish, Michael Stars, ect. for peanuts. My daughters and I are completely hooked. So, I have about a bazillion tank tops, I'm so addicted. Last year she had baby clothes by the same makers, I bought everything I could find in my grand daughter's size. Her location is easy to get to, at the end of the sheltered produce area. When she told me she was going to be there again this year, I went home and lit 3 candles and said 10 hail Marys. I love her that much.
I also had great luck finding a pair of work shoes, sorry the picture is blurry. And besides that, I found 3 bras for 10 dollars. Great, as my underwires poked through some of my others and I had to throw them out. Also, I bought some veggies for the garden; peppers, tomatoes, squash, zucchini. All in all, I spent a total of about 45 dollars total, not bad.
When I wore my shoes to work, I was praying that it wouldn't rain, as I think they are made out of boiled cardboard and would fall to bits at the first drop. They're o.k. until I can find something else. They were really the only compromise.

I love your farmer's market!! I expected to see only produce but, WOW!! Bras, tank tops, work shoes and all the extras for 45 bucks. You scored BIG TIME!! How fun!!

I'm guessing you're on your feet all day doing that 4 letter word that starts with a W..... They look comfy though!!

Since my grocery store is closing, I'm going to have to check out our local Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings but I work on Saturday mornings so wish me luck at being 2 places at the same time.

Hugs!!

Markets are such great places, love that easy going strollin' feeling about it but the weather has to be at least dry !
I think we skipped Summer here and now it looks like it's Fall again, except, no falling leafs...
The bracelet thing would be my (and India's) stop I guess...love to be creative and make something unique !

Wow, the doll with the red pants has a nice ass! Never seen anything like that before. Haha.

I like markets too. But now I only looking for new camera's. I used to go to these markets for books only!

(I need more tanktops!)

Tracey: You guessed right, except that I work at night. That's what we semi-retired people do.

Vic: Really? I thought it was popular in the George Washington era.

XAVS: Delirious?

Dominica: Hang in there, the nice weather is on it's way.

Isa: They're o.k. They can't go in the dryer though.

JD: Leave it to you to notice a nice *ss on a mannequin. And do we want to know why you need tank tops?

Cameras are a good thing to look for at flea markets. I need a new one, too.
