Living Inside the Colors

When you spend most of your time with a 2 year old (3 in November), sometimes the fingerprints don't get washed off of the mirror before taking the outfit post shot.
The acorn harvesting was a complete success, much to the delight of our backyard squirrels, who thought it was Christmas.

My sweater-vintage Adrienne Vittadinni, pants and boots-Alloy, shiny hair-Nature's Gate shampoo & conditioner.
Babyzilla is dressed in a coat from J. Crew, vintage black leggings, and shoes from Lands End.
Cute Hubby is wearing a leather jacket that is too old to mention, but somehow always looks great on him. His pants are Carhartt & shoes are Merrill.

At this time of year, the colors are so amazing, that when we go for a walk or a car ride I am almost overwhelmed by the beauty of it all.

Beautiful pictures, Diane!
I had to laugh at Jack Daniel's comment. Only a guy would notice that. He he he!
Babyzilla is so very beautiful! Looks like she likes to swing!

Hugs!!

JD: Whatever.

Tracey: Thanks. Yeah, J.D.'s a real cut-up. It was actually one of his comments on Dominica's page that made me a follower of his blog.

Dennis: Thank you dear. I take that as a true compliment coming from you.

Joanna: I admit it, stalking Babyzilla with the camera is my new obsession. I think we all look great because I deleted the unflattering pics, but thank you honey.

Her coat is too cute.
Rose has a red peacoat that I am sooo jealous of. Jeremiah picked it out at Target last year, I am convinced he's some sort of demi god.

Although, when I started looking for coat for me he got tired of shopping and insisted we leave.

I still don't have one for this year.

Erin: I bet she's got the perfect knit hat for that coat too. : )
I'm a little peeved at Jeremiah for letting you freeze. I'll be right over.

Such cute photos, but what is it with the littluns, windows and mirrors? Maddening. We need finger-proof-glass.

diane said...

JFK Jean: Sure, sure you don't.

Miriam: J.D. will be much too old for her by the time she's grown up, she'll be too fast for him to catch, haha.

Mo: Windex glazed glass maybe?

I so love her hair! Beautiful sweater too. Sweet pics. Looks like a lovely time you guys are having. I'm so not ready for winter.

Adorable!

Cait: Babyzilla has hair like Shirley Temple, seriously, so I tend to braid it up alot to keep the tangles at bay. I'm not ready for winter, mentally, either.

Miss Yvonne: Thanks. Btw, Cute Hubby has a back scratcher by the computer, but I've never seen him use it. Should I give it a whiff?
