It's a Stretch





Stretching is really good for you, try to stretch every day.

As amazing as that first guy is, wouldn't it be tempting to give him a little nudge? Would he fall or would he rock?

I haven't done Yoga since I got my navel pierced. It still hurts.

did you write this post for me?! my back is killing me. i spent a LOT of time laying around reading books this weekend, and now i am stiff and sore! how silly is that?! must stretch some!
