That looks good. I've been eating the Southern version of that.

Stew with beef, potatoes, onions, carrots, okra and V-8 (The drink, not the engine.)

Pecan pie. (Pronounced pah-con not pee-can.) Field's pecan pies are the best in Ok, if you don't count homemade.

For the immune system, a glass Tangy Tangerine and a sip of nano-silver.

Ok Tex, where to begin with the questions, hmmm? V-8? very high in sodium and sounds like a "guy" ingredient. Does sound delicious though. Looooove a good Pecan pie, my mom's was my favorite. What is Tangy Tangerine and Nano-silver?

Diane - Tangy Tangerine is a drink mix that has a lot of vitamins and minerals, it tastes good. The down side is that it's pretty expensive.
I buy some once in a while and use multivitamins when I'm out.
Nono-silver is kind of like silver in water, it kills bacteria. In the old days they would put a silver dollar in a pitcher of water, kind of the same idea.

You might be better off sticking to the more natural mushrooms and pumpkin, I don't really know.

Stephanie, I feel that. I am one with the pumpkin.

Tex: Oh, ok, I know what nano-silver is now, duh. We have the spray, and also did the silver coin in the water thing. Thanks for telling me twice.

Yum! I think I'll eat an entire Pumpkin Pie to help keep me healthy ;-)

Happy New Year, Diane.
