When I'm feeling really crappy, a good way to feel better is to deep condition my hair and do my nails while I'm waiting for my hair to absorb the lovely goo. When I'm done my nails, I rinse my hair in cool water, et voila!, I feel much better. I also love the guilty pleasure of locking myself away in the bathroom to perform this little ritual. No one really knows what I'm doing in there, so I'm never disturbed. It's my own little "mini spa" moment.
