Old Hollywood Glamour

I love old movies for fashion inspiration. Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and White Christmas are two of my favorites. I recently came across an old Bettie Davis movie from 1946 called A Stolen Life. The outfits, my god, the outfits! A must see for anyone who loves effortless chic. xo

I saw Betty Davis recently in hush hush sweet charlotte..oh she was so above anyone else in that movie.

Thanks for the note. Aw...I'm glad you care about the characters. Thanks for making my day.

Love your sketches as always.

I love to watch old movies as well, they have so much style and fashion, it is so much better then all the fast paced hi-teh crap that Hollywood is spitting out these days!

Cait: Whatever Happened to Baby Jane is another good one. Bettie Davis insisted on doing her own makeup for the role.

TMWKTM: I hardly ever watch any new movies, come to think of it.
