P F Flyers "Run Faster, Jump Higher"


O.k., I've had the new sneaks a few days, a few active, glorious days to be exact. I feel like my feet have wings. Understand me, I wear a completely different kind of shoe normally, but these shoes have given me a new lease on life (the sudden burst of sunshine might have something to do with it too). I walked all over creation, pushing a baby stroller and carrying a backpack; my feet are not tired. Did you ever see the movie "The Sandlot"? Well, that kid's secret weapon were his P F Flyers. They are a great shoe!

I want cool new sneakers, and also, while I'm wishing, some cool in-laws too. Loved the videos. Where are your Walmart relatives? I thought everyone had those. Maybe that's just me.

Vic: What Walmart relatives? We banish the "hicky" relatives to the mountains. Oh, wait a minute...I..live in the mountains. Never mind.

Lucky girl: I looked them up online, and they are for sale everywhere, literally.

JD & Dominica: I was going for the look of the Rocket Dog ads, with the big feet, but it just looks like regular old big feet.

Squats - One of the best all around vertical leap exercises and one of the best exercises for building leg strength. Squats can be performed in a squat rack with weight or they can be performed anywhere without weight. Start in an athletic stance and start to bend at the knees like you are going to sit down. Keep your back straight and keep your knees above your feet. Squat until your knees are at a 90 degree angle and then rise back up. If you are going to perform this exercise with weight, I recommend that you get the help of a trainer to check your form.This is the one of the best vertical jump program.
