1963 Belair, or Night of the Living Dead
Cute Hubby got us a "new" car. Check out it's complete fabulousness! Also, take note of the cool cemetery shots. Now one thing you may not know about us, is that we are horror picture fans, and to be more exact & at the top of the list, George Romero fans. So, anyone who knows spit about Night of the Living Dead is going to recognize that cemetery. And just in case you don't, click on the title - 1963 Belair, or Night of the Living Dead - and you will see, not our car, but the cemetery. Our car is much better than the one they used in the movie.

Ahhh man, that car is sick!! Add the scenery of the cemetery and that dull like finish and the car just looks like a scary ride hehe. I totally love it. I can't wait to see what it looks like after the upgrades.
Whoa, that cemetery is so cool! Oh yeah....the car. It's pretty sweet too. :-)
XAVS: Cute Hubby keeps me on my toes.
JFK Jean: What upgrades?
Miss Yvonne: It was pretty smart of the dealer to photograph the car in that manner. It really made us look twice.
that car is YOURS?!?!? i am so JEALOUS!!!! i love old classic cars. so strong, sturdy, killer lines and styling. ach. you are SO LUCKY!
and in a cemetery makes it even better.
YOU RULE!!!!
such nostalgia. such a cool car.
my brother loves that movie so much..he even has "Barbra they're coming to get you..." T-shirt he's just about warn out. It was funny, we were in World Market one day and he had on that shirt an some older lady..really zombie like came up from behind him and grabbed his wrists..scaring him so much that he jumped, she asked, "I'm barbra..who's coming to get me?"
When I was in high school I made a movie short with my friend in our hometown cemetary. Naturally, its his unfinished Zombie movie.
Thanks for the note.
Hope you have a great weekend.

Love the car AND the cemetery! (I'm not a big horror film fan, but I do like cemetaries - they fascinate me.)
WOW! I so envy you. I wanna have an old timer just like yours!
I´ve seen so many oldtimers when I lived in sweden. It´s unreal how many people have old timers over there.
GREAT car !! Sometimes you see these meetings with oldies (cars) and I adore the way people take care of their cars ...I'm in love with an old Fiat 500 ! Friends of mine got married in an old VW bus, the surfer's kind of model ....too cute !!
You surprise me every day ; Horror !! LOL
So Black Sheep wasn't unknown to you (I was wondering why the hell would this clever woman ever watch such a movie ??) But it makes sense and I guess that together with my daughter we have an extra hobby in watching creepy horror movies together !!
Got some other movie suggestions for the kid & me ? Let us know !!
Hey Diane, you can see the VW minibus on my latest post !! Yay !!
that car rocks ;)
Woah! Cool wheels!
All the better for mowing down pesky raccoons?
Haha :P
Vroooooom! .....
Ps: Oooh! Ooh! Do you think cute hubby would let us borrow it for our girly road trip? How cool would that be? :P
Oh, I thought he might change a thing or two. If he keeps it as if, it's fine with me too!
Lol@ Girl interrupted's 1st comment....
Love it!!!!
Wow, that's a cool car !
Oh, I LOVE the car! What a beauty! How does she drive?
Old cars are the bomb. Keep your Toyotas and Hondas. Give me some classic Detroit steel any day of the week.
Thanks for sharing!
Sweet ride! Great shots, too.
