I like milk. I'd go so far as to say I REALLY like milk. Not the hormone saturated stuff. Here's some of my favorites:
2% organic is great for guilt-free shredded wheat/oatmeal, banana-chocolate syrup/ peanut butter shakes (my sister's recipe), or just blended with blueberries & honey.
Almond mild is just plain tasty, and it's a good substitute for regular milk when you're congested (milk aggravates the airways). Cute hubby uses almond milk in his fruit smoothies.
Coconut milk is an excellent substitute for regular milk in hot cocoa.
Almond milk and coconut milk are great substitutions for juice when you're thirsty, too.
There are tons of health benefits to these varieties, too many to list here.
So here's to milk, drink up!
